How does free shipping work?

We offer FREE shipping worldwide on any purchase of any value. Very simple, and straight forward. 

Order Processing

99% of orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 days of payment. Once you place an order just sit tight and once we ship it out to you we will let you know all about it via e-mail :)

Delivery Times

The delivery times vary depending on where your order must be shipped too, and where your order is shipped from. We source our products from wholesalers and manufacturers from all over the world. When an order is made they are shipped from one of many storage facilities that house our goods from anywhere from the Far East, USA or Europe. This is why sometimes a product might take longer than a couple of days to arrive. All items in store take 3-5 business days to process.

Due to factors that commonly affect international shipments, such as weather delays, holidays and customs inspections, we are unable to guarantee shipping times. These are only estimates.

Payment Types

We currently accept Paypal and all major credit cards.

When will my account be charged for my Order?

If your card is authorized and your Paypal account has no issues, payment will be taken immediately and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful. 

Will my order be shipped in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

How secure is my personal information?

Menz-Crown adheres to highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store.

Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

Can I swap my bracelet for a different size or different style?

Till now we are unable to offer this service. Please make sure you choose the correct size by first looking at our Bracelet Size Guide, alternatively you send us an email if you are not sure what size to order.

Customs and Taxes

Menz-Crown is not responsible for any taxes that your local government may add to the order as its being delivered to your home such as VAT. 


  • Return shipping reimbursement is currently unavailable.
  • Returned items must be in original, unopened condition, including tags, booklets, labels, stickers and any other packaging materials.
  • You may request a refund, exchange or store credit.
  • Please contact us with your order ID for the return address.
  • Upon receiving your returned ordered and checking the items are in returnable condition, the refund/store credit will be issued within 14 working days.
